It can't be stressed enough that mens health comes from a healthy diet. Working out, cardio, and the rest of the puzzle pieces are needed to complete your routine, but without decent nutritional intake your six pack abs goals will take a lot longer to reach.

Being a man, we love to eat steaks, hamburgers, hot dogs, and tons of other man meals as I like to call them. Although the assumption is that all hamburgers are the same, there are actually some drastic differences between similar burgers.

I've listed here a few foods you must avoid at all costs to keep your mens health. These foods are insanely high in fat and calories and will spell out dooms day for you, your six pack abs, and flat stomach goals!

Do you like to eat at Applebee's? Then this sandwich is right up your alley of something you need to avoid! Applebee's serves the Honey Barbecue Chicken Sandwich. This sandwich is so unhealthy that Applebee's will not release the information about the sandwich, but here are the actual nutritional facts:

There is no sandwich in this world that should be over 1,000 calories and the fat that comes from this sandwich will go straight to your thighs and future gut. A better alternative is getting a Chicken Tortilla Melt. This melt is only 380 calories, has a third of the fat, and half the sodium.

Worst Breakfast Sandwich

This sandwich is actually a biscuit and you might be surprised where it comes from. Most would assume McDonalds or Burger King, but it actually comes from Jack in the Box. The Jack in the Box Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit is a small meal with huge numbers.

The reason this is so unhealthy for mens health is that the meal is so small. Not only will the meal not fill you up, but it's very unhealthy. Since you'll still be hungry, this means you'll want to eat another one of these biscuits.

Therefore, after two of these Jack in the Box Biscuits you'll have eaten 1,480 calories and your day has only started. Usually the general caloric intake for a day is about 2,200 calories, so if you've already eaten over 1,000 calories before you've had lunch and dinner you'll be consuming way too much each day.

In turn, this will add more and more fat to the areas that you are trying to lose belly fat. To obtain good mens health, you will need to try to cut down on the calories and fat if your goal is to lose weight.

Don't feel that you are going to have to give up all of your favorite foods in order to get the six pack abs you've wanted, because you won't but you will have to give up some of them. When you find alternatives to these, such as the two mentioned above, you might be surprised to find you like another sandwich that is actually healthier for you.

Everybody loves T.G.I. Friday's, they have great food, great value, and an awesome atmosphere. So what's the scary chicken sandwich that will add to your waist size compared to your losing some inches?

It's the Friday's Chicken Sandwich. It has 1,360 calories, 78 gram of fat and 1,890 mg of sodium! Although chicken will have more calories in it because of it's density and nutritional values, this sandwich will put on the weight and make your six pack abs vanish.

An alternative to this sandwich is the Dragonfire Chicken. It only has 500 calories and 10 grams of fat. Eating healthier sandwiches will be the difference between you getting ripped abs or having a fat stomach.
