Our killer bottom abs workout uses your legs to put all the pressure on your lower midsection.  By doing so your abdominals are forced to stay flexed throughout the entire motion. In turn, you will be able to get more from your workout.

The workout is only 100 reps with a one minute plank at the end (some consider it 120 because they count the left and right side of one of the exercises). It is unusual to have such a low amount of reps because you would expect the exercise to be over in two minutes.

Luckily, since our workout requires you to use your legs while keeping them straight, it takes longer than usual to do each exercise. It is important that you do these exercises slowly in order to put the most intensity on your abs. Doing so will quickly exhaust your abdominals.
