You will see this advertised everywhere in the world. How to lose belly fat has ads on televisions, billboards, magazines, newspapers, etc. In fact where I live, a new product seems to be sweeping the nation and the idea of looking like a teen again is advertised more than usual ads.

There is no secret on how to lose belly fat, in fact if you watch all of the commercials on television it tells you. When I say tells you, I mean it is the tiny writing at the bottom of the screen. They can sell you whatever they want, such as a pill, but at the bottom it says… along with a good diet and exercise.

Lose Belly FatWell isn’t that obvious? In fact, if you were willing to scam people, create a sugar pill. Then market it saying that it will help you lose weight.

Then put a small disclaimer at the bottom that no one ever reads saying “along with a good diet and exercise, results may vary.” Before you know it you might be a millionaire.

Your diet, which I like to call nutrition because diets don’t technically work, just needs to eliminate fats and empty calorie foods.

These types of foods include all desserts, potatoes, chips, and most hamburgers. Foods you will need to increase the consumption of would be fruits, vegetables, and lean meats.

Your exercise will need to consist of cardio for at least thirty minutes a day at least 4 times a week. After this cardio you will need to do abdominal exercises that focus on your obliques, stabilizer muscles, and upper/lower abdominals.

If you can stick with these main points on losing belly fat, you will see results fast! In about a month, you should notice that you are losing weight.

As you get closer to the second month you will start to see physical changes in your flat stomach or six pack abs that will start your journey to reaching the dream body you have always wanted.
