Obtaining a hot flat stomach is a lot more than working out in the gym and eating right. Having the right nutrition, a good workout routine, and doing cardio consistently is only the first part to your success. The next step might come as a surprise to you.
In order to really look hot and draw attention to yourself when you are at the beach, your posture is going to play a huge role. Now that you have worked hard to get a strong stomach you need to walk, sit, and lay like you know what you are doing.
One part of this is learning to keep your abs flexed. This comes from practice and working out your stabilizer muscles. The stronger these muscles are, the closer your abdominals stay to your body giving you that tone, sexy, and hot flat stomach look that everyone loves to see.
The Posture To Look Hot
It sounds simple, but 99% of people do not have correct posture. Their shoulders are slumped, their necks lean forward, and their hips are pushed out in front. From many years of bad posture, these posture errors can make you look unhappy and even unattractive depending on your fitness level.
So, what do you need to do to look like you are a woman on a mission? Take a look at these important sections of your body so you can look like the main attraction the next time you step out in public:

Lower Back - This area is very important for getting that hot flat stomach look because it supports your entire torso region. The way to make sure your lower back is upright is to focus on standing up as tall as possible. Standing like this will create a small dip in your lower back.
This is very attractive to males because it shows back definition and stomach definition because it maximizes your torso surface area. In turn, any fat you do have in this area is spread across more area making your muscles more visible. -
Shoulders - In today's age of computer technology, our hands and arms are always in front of our bodies center. After time passes, your shoulders get into the habit of slumping forward. This creates an arch in your upper back that makes your posture horrible and can cause back pains later.
To prevent this, when you walk, focus on keeping your shoulders in plane with your body. The best way to do this is by pushing your chest out a little. By doing so, your upper torso will align into the straight posture it should be in. -
Neck - Just like your shoulders your neck has a tendency to lean forward as well. This is called the chicken neck. It hangs in front of the rest of your body, making you look unsymmetrical from the side. Correcting your neck is one of the most difficult parts of your body to correct because it feels like your neck and face are being pushed back into your body.
To correct your neck, simply shift your neck back while keeping your head straight. If you lower your chin while you do this, you'll get what is called a double chin, and none of us want that! Remember that having a great overall appearance increases the allure of your hot flat stomach. -
Your Hot Flat Stomach - You've worked out hard to have the amazing core that you've always wanted, so now you need to be able to show them off without ever having to think about it. Get into the habit of keeping your abs flexed, while breathing normally.
Although your abs won't be able to always be flexed at first, eventually your body will learn that you want your abdominal muscles to be this way. Your body will keep your mid-section tight and firm. The result of this will be a very attractive core creating the hot flat stomach you desire.

When all of these aspects are put together, you will have a body that will have great posture, along with the results of your hard work for your hot flat stomach. This combination is a dynamite knock-out way to be the talk of the pool or wherever else you may be.
Even if you aren't at this stage yet, and you still need to lose belly fat, having the right posture is helpful no matter what shape you are in. Having correct posture prevents soreness in your neck and lower back. It can also make you feel better about yourself since posture tends to relate to your attitude at the time.
For example if you are slumped over, you are usually sad, down, or in pain. If you are up straight usually you are happier, excited about something, or in an overall good mood. Remember that posture plays a key roll to having the look of a hot flat stomach.
