This is why you will see many infomercials online talking about how they lost 80 pounds in 2 weeks, or they got their own body back in 2 week and lost 4 dress sizes, and so on and so forth.

If you ever look at these advertisements close enough, almost always somewhere in that commercial someone or very small writing will say "Along with good diet and exercise". The reason that phrase is put in these commercials is because 99% of the commercials you will see DO NOT work.

The pills that you take to lose weight are either placebos (sugar fills with no actual active ingredient in them), or are beta blockers (which prevent you from absorbing what you eat, BAD IDEA!).

When it comes to machines and workout videos for female abs, in general they are either advanced workouts that only people who are already in shape can do, or they don’t provide as good as a workout as the best ab exercises page offers. With the ones that do work, it still takes persistence and patience.

You can’t do a workout once a week and expect to see results right away. You need to have an ab workout plan that gives you direction and a reason to workout. If you go into a gym without a plan, you’re going to get similar results: little to none because you don’t know what you’re trying to do.

The body takes four to eight weeks before you will start to see results in your body. No matter how hard you workout and eat right, your body needs to believe you are trying to change. If you do a workout every once in a while, your body will assume it’s a rough day and will continue doing what it always has done.

If you start working out every other day, your body will realize it is going to have to get used to this intensity and will start to burn belly fat. Core exercises help encourage your body to do this.

Because of the amount of time it takes to start the seeing results of your female abs, patience is needed to stick with the routine. Your patience will keep you motivated to stay persistent with your workout.

Then one day when you look in the mirror you’ll start seeing noticeable change and your motivation will skyrocket to get a better flat stomach for your female abs.
